Gerald Jones (born 1970) is a Labour politician. He was elected MP for Merthyr Tydfil and Rhymney in the 2015 general election. He was re elected at the 2017 and 2019 General Elections. He was previously deputy leader of Caerphilly Council.[1]He is listed among seven new LGBT MPs elected at the 2015 general election.[2]
