London 2018 Limited is the voluntary organsiation putting together the bid for London to host the Gay Games/Out Games in 2018.


Mission

London 2018 will produce a winning bid for the 2018 Gay Games/Outgames. We will engage Londoners, businesses, organisations, institutions and the LGB &T communities to support our bid. We will secure the best available facilities to stage a world-class event. In bidding we will leave a legacy of sport, culture and human rights for all Londoners.


Objectives

History

London 2018 was set up in June 2010, just before the Cologne 2010 Gay Games, to bring the Games to London as soon after the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games as possible. Jonathan was son joined by Suran Dickson as co-chair. London 2018 was set up in June 2010, just before the Cologne 2010 Gay Games, by Jonathan Harbourne, to bring the Games to London as soon after the London 2012 Olympics s possible. Suran Dickson soon joined Jonathan as co-chair, and they formed a leadership committee with regular meetings.
