Regard is the national organisation for disabled LGBT people.Regard was established in 1989 with the following aims:
- to provide information, advice and support to LGBT disabled people
- to raise awareness of disability issues within the LGBT communities
- to raise awareness of LGBT issues within the disability communities
- to campaign on issues which specifically affect LGBT disabled people
- to combat social isolation among LGBT disabled people.[1]
