County Armagh is one of the historic six counties of Northern Ireland.
For local government purposes it has been superseded by four district councils;
- Armagh City and District Council
- most of Craigavon Borough Council]
- approximately the western third of Newry and Mourne District Council
- a small part of Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough Council, centred around Peatlands Park.
