Newry, Mourne and Down is the provisional name of one of the new local government districts for Northern Ireland to come into use from 2015. It is to be created by merging Newry and Mourne District and Down District, and by transferring part of Slieve Croob into the new district. The main towns are the City of Newry and Downpatrick.
