Yorkshire Terriers FC is a gay and lesbian footmall club, based in Leeds, but also attracting players from the North Midlands and the North East. They play in the GFSN National League.

The club started in 1997 when seven Yorkshire-based members of the Gay Football Supporters Network got together to play their first game, against Village Manchester FC in Sheffield.

Terriers went on to compete in the GFSN National 5-a-side Tournaments of 1997, '98, and '99, and rapid improvement came with more formalised training and the acquisition of a larger squad.

Players' ages range from 18 to oever 60.[1]
