Rainbow Honours is a UK LGBTQ awards event, held for the first time in 2019, in partnership with DIVA and the LGBTQ+ digital platform, Openly.[1]
"The Rainbow Honours are different from any other LGBTQ awards event. We believe it's time to shine a light on those unsung heroes and sheroes: those who strive to make the workplace a better place for LGBTQ employees and those who give up their spare time to volunteer. We'll also be saluting businesses who avoid the easy route of appealing only to the mainstream and who demonstrate their commitment to equality all year round, often in the face of intense criticism."[2]

The winners in 2019, announced at an awards ceremony on 4 December at Madame Tussauds, were as follows:[2]
