Spencer Livermore
Spencer Livermore (born 1975) is a communications specialist. He was Director of Strategy for Prime Minister Gordon Brown from 2007 to 2008.[1]

In October 2013 he was appointed General Election Campaign Director for the Labour Party.[2]
