Switchboard - LGBT+ Helpline, founded in 1974, provides an information, support and referral service for LGBT people and anyone who needs to consider issues around their sexuality. As Gay Switchboard the helpline started off based at 5 Caledonian Road, King's Cross in the London Borough of Islington.
