BiUK is the UK national organisation for bisexual research and activism.The organisation was created in 2010, although the BiUK website had been in existence since 2008. The aim was to bridge the gap between activism and academic work, and presen5t research that was accessible to bi people themselves.[1]
The founder members were:

- Christina Richards
- Helen Bowes-Catton
- Meg Barker
- Rebecca Jones
- Surya Monro
- Tracey Plowman
