Mark Bunyan, born 1949, is a gay composer, writer, and cabaret performer.

Mark Bunyan was born in Bristol, studied at St Andrews University, where he met Andrew, his long-time partner, and has lived in London since 1972.[1]

He co-founded the Pink Singers in 1984, and has had a long association with Gay's the Word bookshop.

In 2010 he won a silver medal in the British Gymnastics Association over-60s recreational trampolining event.

He is the subject of the film Mark Bunyan: Very Nearly Almost Famous directed by Jackie Nunns and Angie West.[2]
