Hambleton is a local government district in North Yorkshire. The main towns are Northallerton and Thirsk.LGBT history
In January 2014 the MP for Thirsk and Malton, Anne McIntosh was deselected by her local Conservative Association following a record of voting against equal marriage and other measures for LGBT equality.[1]
