The '''Sexual Offences (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1983''' was a law which decriminalised homosexual acts in private between men, in terms similar to what had been enacted for [[England and Wales]] in the [[Sexual Offences Act 1967]] &ndash; for instance the [[age of consent]] was set at 21.

The law applied to the entire Bailiwick of [[Guernsey]], including [[Alderney]] and [[Sark]]. Gay sex on Guersnsey-registered merchant ships between members of the crew remained illegal.
