CHE group

A CHE group is a local group of the Campaign for Homosexual Equality.

Local groups began to be set up in February 1970, in West Midlands, Oxford, Bristol, Manchester and Sheffield, but the number grew to over 100 during the 1970s.

As of 2015, the only remaining CHE Group so named is the Marylebone and Paddington CHE Group but a number of others exist under different names.
