Limehouse Basin

Limehouse is a district in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, on the north bank of the Thames. At one time it was noted for the number of Chinese people and foreign sailors who lived there.

LGBT history

The Royal Foundation of St Katharine was the venue for the SK gay social group from 1968.

There is a Limehouse branch of Chariots Sauna, next to BJ's White Swan.
