Location of Fermanagh District in Northern Ireland

County Fermanagh is one of the six historic counties of Northern Ireland. Its main town is Enniskillen. The current Fermanagh District has very similar borders, but is to be merged in 2015 to form the district of Fermanagh and Omagh.

LGBT History

The actor Max Adrian was born in Enniskillen.
