Michael Peacock celebrating his victory outside of Southwark Crown Court

Michael Peacock (born 1958) is a gay male sex worker

and publisher of pronographic material. In 2009 he was charged under the Obscene Publications Act 1959. He pleaded not guilty, and in January 2012 he was acquitted at Southwark Crown Court, in what has been seen as an important test of the working of the Act.
