Dumfries and Galloway is a local government district and former region in Scotland.

The Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary is to be replaced by the Police Service of Scotland in 2013.

LGBT history

Dumfries and Galloway LGBT Centre, based in Dumfries, opened in 2006.[1]
