Eye is a small town in the north of Suffolk, within the Mid Suffolk district. it was once the smallest borough in England.

LGBT history

The composer Frederick Ashton lived at Chandos Lodge in Eye and also at the nearby village of Yaxley.

Roger Burg went to school there.
