Inverness-shire shown within Scotland

Inverness-shire is a former county in the north of Scotland. Since 1996 it has been part of the Highland council area. The area is now divided between two council areas, the Highland area and Na h-Eileanan Siar (the Western Isles). It includes the city of Inverness.
