Mhairi Black, born 1994, is an SNP politician. She was elected as the MP for Paisley and Renfrewshire South in the 2015 general election, becoming the youngest MP since the nineteenth century.
She was born in Paisley, and studied politics and public policy at Glasgow University, sitting her final exams after the election.[1]
She was named as Attitude magazine's politician of the year for 2015:
