Paisley Mill

Paisley is the largest town in Renfrewshire. It now forms a continuation of the Glasgow urban area. It was historically a centre of the weaving industry, and gave its name to the "Paisley pattern".

LGBT history

The Paisley Gay Group is thought to have started in the early 1970s. In 1979 it applied to be the Paisley branch of the SHRG.[1]
