Steven Preddy and Martyn Hall are a gay couple who were turned away from a guesthouse in Marazion, Cornwall in 2008. They successfully sued the guesthouse owners, Peter and Hazelmary Bull. The Bulls appealed but their appeal was turned down. on 27 November 2013, the Bulls lost their final appeal, to the UK Supreme Court.[1]
