Pembrokshire (Welsh: Sir Benfro) is a county in south Wales. The southern part of the county is sometiems referred to as "Little England beyond Wales". In 1972 the county was divided into two dissticts within the county of Dyfed. In 1996 Dyfed was abolished, and the county of Pembrokeshire re-established. The main towns include Haverfordwest and Milford Haven.

LGBT history

Gerald of Wales was born in 1146 at Manorbier Castle.[1]

There was a South West Wales CHE group in the 1970s.
