The Teesside CHE Group, also called the Darlington CHE Group, was founded in November 1970.[1] A separate Teesside Group 2 was split off in September 1971, and the South Durham / North Yorkshire CHE Group was split off from Group 2 in 1972. The Teesside Group was wound up in 1973.
