Greenock is the main town within the Inverclyde district of Scotland, situated on the south bank of the Clyde.
LGBT history
The former MP David Cairns and the actor Richard Wilson were born in Greenock.
The GMFA Gay guide lists an LGBT social group in Greenock[1] but the web address it quotes is no longer valid.
