Clapham Common Underground Station

Clapham is an area of south London, within the London Borough of Lambeth. It is noted for Clapham Common (partly in Lambeth and partly in Wandsworth) and Clapham Junction Station (which is actually in Battersea rather than Clapham).

LGBT history

SLG have been meeting for many years in a pub in Clapham.

Two local gay bars, Kazbar and the Two Brewers, promoted a Clapham Street Party in June 2010.[1]
