Paul Mann

Paul Mann (Brian Paul Devaney Mann, 1937–2017)[1] was a writer and former Royal Marine commando and banker.

His book The Queer Commando was published by Paradise Press[2]

Paul Mann escaped cruise ships to collect tickets on a Dorset chain ferry. Other jobs included working in a bank in Toronto, washing dishes, being a commando, owning a Chinese takeaway and managing a Top Rank Suite. Bored stiff by clerical work in the NHS, he packed bread in Tesco, where he lasted a week. He published six books.[3]
