The Criminal Justice Act 2001 was an Act of Tynwald (the Manx parliament) which made various changes to the criminal law in the Isle of Man.

Part 1 dealt with sexual offences, and Section 5 "Unnatural acts: reduction in age of consent" reduced the age of consent for gay sex in the Isle of Man from 21 to 18. In England and Wales the age had been reduced to 16 in 2000.
