Imaan is a support group for LGBTQ Muslims.
It was formed in September 1998 as Al Fatiha UK, following an advert in the Pink Paper by the visiting founder of Al Fatiha Foundation, the American gay Muslim group, and evolved into Imaan (named after the Arabic word for "faith").[1]
