Capital Quiz logo

The Capital Quiz was a quiz competition for LGBT people in London, which ran annually from 1987 to 2008. It was organised jointly by LMG and Homo Promos.

The Quiz was originally sponsored by Capital Gay. When the paper folded, the quiz was taken on first by the Central Station pub and then by The Black Cap in Camden Town. In 2008 it was back at Central Station.

2017 revival

The Capital Quiz was revived for 2017, on Monday 3 July at the Ivy House in Nunhead, as part of Southwark Pride.[1]
