Beaulieu (pronounced béwli, IPA /ˈbjuːli/)[1] is a village in the New Forest district of Hampshire. It is noted for Palace House, the ancestral home of the Montagu family, and the National Motor Museum.

LGBT history

Palace House is the home of Lord Montagu of Beaulieu. His conviction in 1954 arose out of incidents at a nearby beach hut by the Solent.
