Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon is a local government district and borough in Northern Ireland as from 1 April 2015. It was created by merging the City and District of Armagh, Banbridge District and the Borough of Craigavon, though with the loss of half of Slieve Croob to Newry City and Down District. The main towns are Armagh, Lurgan and Portadown.
LGBT history
Paul Berry was born in Craigavon.
The Australian outlaw Captain Moonlite was born in Rathfriland.
The Oasis LGBT&H Youth Project was holding an information evening for Armagh young people in November 2011.[1]
Banbridge Craigavon LGBT Discos were being held at the Coach Cocktail Bar in Banbridge in 2009.[2]
