Marylebone Station
Marylebone, or St Marylebone, is an area of central London, originally part of the Metropolitan Borough of St Marylebone, but since 1965 part of the City of Westminster. It is a very affluent area, and includes institutions such as Broadcasting House (the BBC headquarters) and major department stores such as Selfridges on the north side of Oxford Street.

The former Metropolitan Borough of St Marylebone included what is now regarded as Marylebone, plus Regent's Park, St John's Wood, Lisson Grove, and part of Fitzrovia.

LGBT history

The City of Quebec in Old Quebec Street is a very long established gay bar.

The Marylebone & Paddington CHE Group founded in 1971, still exists, but now with no particular link to the area.
