Southbank Centre

The Southbank Centre is a complex of arts venues on the South Bank of the Thames in central London, including the Royal Festival Hall, the Queen Elizabeth Hall and the Hayward Gallery). It came into being following the Festival of Britain in 1951. The National Theatre and British Film Institute are adjacent although not considered part of the Centre. The centre is within the London Borough of Lambeth.

The Various Voices LGBT song festival was held there in 2009.
