OutRight Action International

OutRight Action International, formerly known as the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC) is an international organization dedicated to human rights advocacy on behalf of people who experience discrimination or abuse on the basis of their actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
It was launched in the USA in 1990. Its board of directors are mainly American, with the exception of Oliver Phillips (Reader in Law, Law School Research Director at the University of Westminster) and Linda Blackmore (COO, Robert Quinn Consulting Ltd London.[1]
