From left to right: The Lord Mayor of Manchester (Councillor Susan Cooley), the Bishop of Manchester (Rt Revd David Walker), the CEO of the Lesbian and Gay Foundation (Paul Martin) and the official historian of CHE (Peter Scott-Presland).
