True Vision

True Vision (www.report-it.org.uk) is an online facility for reporting hate crime. Reports will be passed on to the police, but people reporting don't need to deal with the police directly. There is a separate section for reporting homophobic and transphobic hate crime.[1]
Note that there is a spoof website which pretends to be the True Vision site, but is actually run by "Christian Voice".[2]
