Rev Dr David Lord is a doctor and Anglican priest.

Dr Lord, from New Zealand, who worked as a medic at St Bartholomew's Hospital, London, was ordained priest in the Church of England.

In 2008 he had a civil partnership with another priest, Rev Peter Cowell, Chaplain at the hospital, followed by a blessing service in the church of St Bartholomew The Great, West Smithfield, in the City of London. The blessing service closely resembled the words of the traditional Anglican marriage service.[1]

Rev Cowell and Rev Lord were listed under "Glamour couples" in the Pink List 2008
