Margate Clocck Tower
Margate is a seaside resort in the Isle of Thanet, Kent.

LGBT history

In 2009, contestants in the TV show The Apprentice suggested marketing Margate as a gay resort.[1]

Thanet Pride was held in Margate for a number of years from 2007.
