Councillor John Gallagher is a Labour politician and long-term member of CHE. He was elected Deputy Mayor of the London Borough of Ealing for 2010–2011 and Mayor for 2011–20112.[1]

Entry 86 in the 2011 Pride Power List appears to be an erroneous conflation of John Gallagher and Michael Brown.
