Haverfordwest (Welsh: Hwlffordd) is the county town of Pembrokeshire.

LGBT history

Terry Higgins, possibly the first person in the UK to die of AIDS, was born in Haverfordwest in 1945.

Chelsea Manning, then known as Bradley Manning, went to school in Haverfordwest for several years from 2001.
