Blackburn and Burnley CHE Group

The Blackburn and Burnley CHE Group was a CHE group covering Blackburn and Burnley in Lancashire. It was formed in July 1972 as an offshoot of the Trans-Pennine CHE Group and was sometimes known as East Lancs.[1]
