North Hertfordshire is a local government district within Hertfordshire. The main towns are Letchworth, Hitchin, Baldock and Royston.

LGBT history

Olympic hockey player Helen Richardson-Walsh was born in Hitchin in 1981.

Cortex Herfordshire has monthly meeting for trans people and others in Letchworth.[1]
