Beverley Knight (born 1973) is a singer, songwriter, and record producer.

She has worked for various charities, and has campaigned for anti-AIDS causes such as the Terrence Higgins Trust.

She was listed under "Non-LGBT Friends" in the Pink List 2011. The citation said:

"Popular at Pride events, she first spoke out against homophobia in 2004, after her friend Tyrone Jameson died of Aids. 'I enjoy reggae music,' she told The Voice. 'But what I didn't like was seeing talented artists using their platform to gay-bash'."[1]
