Stephen Bennett (born 1994) is an 18-year-old Musical Theatre student from Northampton.

Stephen has become somewhat of a big advocate for the local LGBT community and regularly sits as a member on the LGBTQ Forum at Northampton Borough Council. He has been LGBTQ Officer of Northampton College Students' Union since 2012, looking after the College's LGBTQ Alliance, and was recently elected to Vice President of the Union. As an Ambassador of the Holocaust Educational Trust, he is currently working on Unbutton It, an anti-prejudice campaign inspired by tragic genocide.

Stephen was also put in charge of LGBT participation at Northampton Carnival 2013, and is the trailblazer for Northampton Pride, which he hopes one day will get off the ground!
