Hastings Pride is a Pride festival the first of which was planned to take place in Hastings, East Sussex, in 2017. A launch party was held on 28 August 2016.[1]. Local pub an club manager Wayne Shires supported Pride events in the town from 2019-2023 but Hastings Pride organisers and Wayne Shires fell out and this led to a lot of agrimonous posts on social media [2].
The 2024 was nearly cancelled.
