GAGS logo
Guildford Area Gay Society (GAGS) was a long-established group for gay people in Guildford, Surrey. It was mainly a social group.

It was formed in 1976 and closed down in 2016. GAGS was founded as a branch of CHE, but rebranded as an independent society in February 1977. [1]. GAGS was a founder member of SLAGO, and won the SLAGO Cup in 1983 and 1985.
