Evelyn Asante-Mensah (born 1965) is a Commissioner at the Equality and Human Rights Commission. She has also been Head of Equalities and Economic Inclusion for the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA), Chief Executive of the Black Health Agency, and Chair of NHS Manchester.[1]She was listed number 72 in the Pink List 2011 and 84 in the Pink List 2012. The Pink List 2012 citation said:
- "Renewed as Chair of NHS Manchester until 2014, Asante-Mensah was previously Head of Equality and Economic Inclusion for the North West Development Agency where she was responsible for the development of a Single Equality Scheme. She was awarded an OBE in 2006."[2]
