Brighton Pride is held every year in Brighton, East Sussex, normally in August (but the 2012 event will be on the 1st of September). It includes a parade through the streets from the seafront, ending at Preston Park where there is a festival. The organisation behind Brighton Pride has been a registered charity since 2004.[1]
The festival has historically been free, but it was decided to charge admission for the first time in 2011.
